How to cancel a CodeRabbit subscription?

Users subscribed to a CodeRabbit annual/monthly plan, but no longer wish to continue using the service.

Answer

Users can cancel their annual subscription at any time to prevent automatic renewal. Upon cancellation, the subscription remains active until the end of the current billing term, after which it will not renew for the next term.

However, according to CodeRabbit policy, no refunds are issued for unused months on annual plans. After cancellation, the subscription remains active until the end of the current billing term and will not renew for the following year.

To cancel a subscription

  1. In the CodeRabbit web application, navigate to Subscription and Billing page.

  2. Click the edit button (pencil on the right side of tear).

  1. On the bottom of the slide out click Cancel Subscription.

The account will retain access to all paid features until the current subscription term ends. The cancellation date can then be seen as below:
